How long does my order take to ship?

Please allow 1-7 business days, for us to process and ship your order. Prices do not include shipping, taxes or duties.

We process and ship out orders Monday - Friday and are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays. 

Once an order status has been updated to delivered, Ósea Scrunchies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are held accountable in providing the correct shipping information when placing an order.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We currently do not offer international shipping but hope in the near future we will.

What is your return policy? 

We want you to love your experience with Ósea Scrunchies as much as possible, which is why we’re here to help. Our policy is that we accept returns on both new and gently used scrunchies within 10 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges. Please reach out to us for any other return questions.
